The product seems to be okay to be honest. I typically get really high quality brands for vitamins. I like thrive and solar. So this is a big change for me, not knowing the direct producers of your vitamins and whether or not the capsules are vegan or vegetable or not does not say on the bottle. I haven't really noticed the difference like I do with other brands. But hopefully, after 2 months I should notice a little bit of difference. And I will be able to give better feedback.
