The package came a bit beaten, but I think that was due to the delivery, the wigs are amazing quality, but probably ones I wouldn't have picked myself. Kinda the point of getting a mystery box lol. The extra little gifts that come with it is a nice touch as well! :]

Had to style it quite a bit and it was a tiny bit small but that's most likely a me thing. Colour and texture where perfect though and I'm very happy about it nonetheless!!!

My wife loves the wig but the parcel had the wrong postcode, leading them to attempt to deliver it multiple times to an address miles away, requiring me to go to the depot to get it. For how much we paid for this wig, putting the wrong address is such an amateur mistake...

Actually had a problem with the tracking so I emailed them and they replied right away, thank you so much for the wonderful wig

The wig was really easy to stylize, even without using a crimper or heat, the hair are super soft, however I wish it was a bit more thick on the top, because we can see through. It's not that bad considering it's being covered by the hat tho. Overall good wig and easy to make even with little knowledge in wig stylization

I love the texture of the hair, kinda wish it was a tad bit longer like a wolf cut tho

I like the head but the ponytail is too heavy, I ask if it can be fixed and they told me that they'll let me know. I don't receive an answer yet, I hope we can find a solution soon. 🙏🏻

Good quality, like. Really good quality. But i asked if the tips are dyed or layered. And got told they are dyed but they are layered :/. Which isnt bad. But i was specifically looking for dyed tips. So meh. But else 10/10
