Love the cap but had to take one back to the stand 2 mins after purchase as the adjuster at the back had broken, the one on the display was the same (which I didn't think too much of as it was the display sample. - this one is very delicate and seems to be coming away also.
Not cheap caps and maybe needs a better design (possibly stitched) as it seems to just be a glued bit of fabric ( in a circle) currently that comes away.
It's a shame as I love the cap but don't wear it regularly as I'm worri...

Initial disappointment when the world’s least reliable delivery company (Evri) Failed to deliver although they said they had.
But the response from Uggly & Co to rectify this and send a replacement quickly was second to none.
Thanks very much for putting it right.
Word of advice though. Use a different delivery company. I and many people like me have had so many problems with Evri.
