B4 is legit. There are many brands out there that offer to do in some capacity what B4 does but this is the only one where I feel more than just placebo effects. It's weird how it works, my verbal fluency really does go up. I tell my friends about this product all the time. Thanks TJ

Just a real solid product that is what they say it is. Recently used a concert where normally I would have consumed vodka to relax and deal with the social anxiety. Really takes the edge off and no hangover the next day. Love it.

Ehh, not a very potent feeling. Should maybe re-market this product as a relaxing cup of tea alternative. Does not come anywhere close to feeling like a couple drinks.

It did not have an effect on me. Tried it 4 different times and nothing. I was really excited for it to cause I don’t drink so going out is never a fun time for me and I thought this would loosen me up

Unfortunately it just didn’t do anything for me. I then tried taking two to see if I was just more a higher tolerance, but it made my mouth feel weird. No feelings of calm or anything. Hope it works for others tho!

It didn't do anything for me. The first time I took a full serving size, the second time I took 1 / 1/2 servings. Additionally, the taste was not good. Best, Lloyd

Taste is good and after a while it hits with a soothing feeling and helps me relax during evenings of high anxiety.

The marketing targets social anxiety relief but taking this stuff made my inner dialogue a bit more anxious than normal. Also, the price is way too high.

It doesn't do a whole lot for me. It makes me a little sleepy but it really doesn't do much for my anxiety.

Got the sample pack. Only 1 packet actually worked. The effects of that packet were nice, but it’s too hit or miss for my liking.

I was really excited to try this but the flavors are so bad. Maybe I’ll try the capsules one day but the powder is not for me.

Hello: While I liked the taste of the Tang flavored one, it did not make me feel any different at all. Am I missing something?

I just didn’t love the flavors that I have tried. They taste like medicine. It does make me feel a little better, but I likely won’t buy again.
