the larger size is perfect, especially if you have facial hair. also, the amount of stickyness is not only the right amount to not create chapness of the lips but stays intact. the most important attribute is the fact that there is consistency in right amount of sticky on each and consistent across several packages.

This product eliminated my snoring. Before I tried these out, I used an expensive and uncomfortable mouthguard and now I don't even need to use it anymore. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on throughout the night. Even if I unstick and reapply it once or twice, and with stubble on my face, it stays on. My dad is the one who recommended these to me and I am glad he did.

They are fine but if you’re a man you can’t have a lot of facial here. I use to purchase from Amazon until they didn’t have anymore, also they only sold a 30 pack, to get a 90 day supply is much better. Soon I’ll have to purchase two 90 day supply for my spouse, so the more in the pack the better because I’ve tried many 4 or 5 others but these hold the longest (all night).

Since starting to wear mouth tape over a year ago, this is the probably the third or fourth brand I’ve tried. I originally found it on Amazon. I would have given the product a 5 star rating as they've worked really well for the most part. This last order three of the strips were damaged. I can still use them (I think) but every other order the strips have all been fine. The other issue I have is that some of the packages have a very strong chemical smell (not all, but usually one out of the 3 packs I order).
