First of all, the products are shipped from South Korea so you have to wait 3/4 weeks to get them. Exchange is soo expensive that it’s virtually impossible. Secondly, my piercing earring was badly designed, with sharp edges. It was so painful to wear it, that I had to remove it. It’s nice, all just as stated, but badly designed. As a compensation for a long wait, I got two extra earrings but they had an odd closure so I won’t wart them anyway. Not worth the money.
