I love the hearing aids…love the design and product quality (and the price). Unfortunately, my hearing specialist has informed me that their size is too big (wide) for the entrance of my ear channels. I.e. my channels are too narrow. This sucks as I really like them otherwise. Thank you.

It works! It's easy to fit. No whistles or shrieks so a good tight fit in the ear channel. My only problem, since one ear is much worse than the other, is adjusting the volume levels so that both ears are 'balanced' - tricky but, with some trial and error, possible!

Do what it says on the box. No more straining to hear what they say when they mumble on some of the films at tense moments.

It would seem my left ear hole is bigger than my right so thanks to different plug sizes I now can get a good fit . They take some getting used to and their is a lot of amplified background noise but I can hear members of my family so much clearer

Really pleased with these, I suffer with tinnitus and although they don’t rid me of it, they block the annoying sound , would highly recommend. Can hear clearly now 👍🏻

Delivery as forecast and securely packaged. Followed the instructions regarding charging and needed to reduce volume on both aids when inserted. I had to change the dome for one ear and found "how to" via internet, Too soon to be really objective as i need more time to give an honest appreciation.

I received my hearing aid last week I have trouble with the right hearing aid it will not sit right I have sent a email to customer service but had no response.could someone answer at tell me what I should do . Thanks

Had trouble with charging them , the left one just died .the right one also not charging properly. Thanks for replacing the left aid quickly, it's working OK. At present both are charged and working well. Thank you for keeping in touch. Regards Pamela scott.

Pros: easy to use; effective. Cons: need to recharge. The 'con' is because of my physical limitations. I tried one of your more expensive and sophisticated varieties, with a self-charging box etc., but because the controls were minute and had to be managed whilc the device was in situ I just couldn't manage it.

Received these recently. Excellent to wear nice clear sound. No wires and bits hagi g down, just easy hearing with these. Glad I bought them. 😊👍

had them just under a week, easy fit easy to use. very good value for money. just one niggle the right ear charging station does not seem to be working, not much of a prob though i just use the left side.

Very pleased at first with my hearing aids (which I bought in the autumn) but now the blue one is not working. I have tried recharging it several times but without success. I emailed Audiocare early last week asking for a repair or replacement but as yet have not received a reply. I understand that it is the new Year bank holiday on Wednesday and that staff might be away but I'm looking forward to them getting in touch soon.

For the price I paid so far they are worth the money but have only used them for 2 days. I followed the instructions and selected the ear covers but I had a lot of noise like birds tweeting. I tried different sized ear covers for each ear and so far they have rectified the issue even though the covers are different sizes! So far so good.

Very compact ,hardly noticeable.the amplification is excellent and very reasonable price

The battery life is much shorter than the non-bluetooth hearing aids I previously bought from Audicare. The audio in each ear sometimes clicks on and off randomly. As a result I normally use the previous aids with these as back up only.

This set looks high quality the charger unit very smart and neat. One hearing works ok although sits slightly high and visible. The other not so good and doesn’t fit well, rising up. I had my ears syringed beforehand and the audiologist said my ear canals are small. It’s a shame as they are very nice aids otherwise.
