I bought this for my 93 year old mother who has hearing issues and didn't want to purchase any aids at all, she was able to hear herself speak and was not speaking loudly to reply. I thought they worked great in the little time she used them,unfortunately she has no interest in hearing what other people are talking about. I do believe they are and would have worked great for her but she doesn't have the patience anymore. Thanks

The only reason I’m not giving a 5 rating is that the size is a whisker large for my little ears. And yes, support is brilliant and they were able to offer me a slightly smaller version with a great discount. The hearing aids were as shown in the adds, I didn't want the type that fits behind the ear as I've always had a shaved head and wanted something more discreet, my hearing is moderate, as I don't need people shouting at me, but I do need the tv volume reasonable high, which was annoying for anyone in the next room, I tried them by lowering the sound on the tv so that I could hardly hear it, then fitted the hearing aids in and found that I could hear the tv clearly, yes there is a slight hissing...

They are smaller than the standard pair for sure.
But, I tried them at Tim Hortons, and I probably had the DB too high, as all I heard was a roar. Turned down to 10 was okay, but my soft spoken friend was still hard to hear.
Also, if you are not sure if you want to keep them,
they have to be sent back to Hong Kong, not like Amazon.

Seen to word well. Have a bit of squeal at times have changed ear socks but won't let me raise volume. Do the work ? Yes they work well.

Yes am sorting out the squeals one they are gone will be 100% happy.

My wife loves the fact that i can actually hear her telling me what i should be doing, no repeating herself.

The hearing aids fit ok and work ok out of the box. Smaller domes would be better for my particular situation. The app is different than what's advertised and doesn't allow you to fine tune frequencies. Too soon to say if I plan to keep them since I've only had them for a couple of days.

The hearing aids don't work well for me as I have discovered that I have a very narrow ear canal in the left ear so it is hard to place aid far enough in the ear to get good sound left ear is fine

I’m struggling with this hearing aid. It’s for my left ear with severe hearing loss & tinnitus. The speech clarity from the hearing aid is still too poor & there’s possibly not enough power for my needs as the amplifier seems to clip back volume just when I’m needing it. Very annoying.
So I’m not sure I can continue with it?
Plus battery runs out mid afternoon if I’m wearing it all day.
Might need to discuss with someone.
