I have a few pairs of these Shu shop star sneakers. Typically I am a size 8, but I had to size up to 8.5. My foot is narrow and these work perfect. They are very comfortable! I can wear them all day long.

Ordered a size 9 in a lighter color and loved them so much I got a darker color but went with a 9.5. The 9 was a bit snug but once I wore them and put on thinner socks they were ok. I decided to try the 9.5 to wear in cooler weather with thicker socks. They were a bit big but I’m going to like wearing the thicker socks in winter and these are darker colors than the ones I ordered in a 9 for summer!

Love these shoes. Super fast shipping. However, there is some type of adhesive or something on the soft suede type part of this shoe. I reached out to customer service 5 days ago but have not heard back.

Size down a full size! I am usually a 6 in womens, 4 in kids. The size 4 were too large so I exchanged for a size 3. THEY ARE PERFECT!! Extremely comfortable, incredibly cute, and shipping and customer service were top notch! Will be ordering again!

I sometimes wear a size 8 or 8 1/2. In a slip on shoe I do an 8 . I got size 8 . They fit perfect and I love the way they look on my feet ! Very pleased with them !

Absolutely LOVE these shoes! The insole padding is amazing... ran through 2 airports wearing them and no complaints! I normally wear a 7, but sized down per other reviewers to a 6.5. I have super narrow feet, heels esp, and while I generally agree with sizing down I do think I could have comfortably gone with a 7 and had no issues since I do prefer to wear a liner sock. My recommendation would be to consider whether you want to wear a liner / footie sock with the shoes and whether your feet...

The Reba Sneakers are very cute & comfortable! They were suppose to come with black/white polka dot laces and they came with grey. I tried to contact customer service multiple times and I couldn’t get an answer.

Love my shoes. I had to return my first pair because they were too big. I normally wear 7.5 and ended up returning them and getting 6.5 which fit perfect. I love how easy it was to get a return slip. I will definitely get more shoes in the future.

The shoe itself is SO cute! It does run a little big but not too big. The glitter on the back rubs the heel some but I figure over time this will quit. I love them and get so many compliments! They are definitely a fave!

This is my first pair of sneakers from Shushoe and I absolutely love them! They are actually more comfortable than my P448 sneakers and more affordable as well. I have gotten a lot of compliments- I will definitely be ordering another pair!

I ordered a size 10, because they were out of a size 9.5. The shoe is slightly big, but it will work. For some reason, it appears that every shoe is out of a size 9.5 That’s not good. I hope more 9.5 shoes will be in stock soon.

I was looking for a comfortable sandal for the summer and this is perfect. I have wide feet and the two adjustable straps allowed me to adjust the fit to my feet. The platform heel and espadrille strip add a funky touch. They are so comfortable that I can walk around summer festivals all day without my feet hurting. I am ready for a summer of adventures and sunshine!

These shoes are so cute - just like the picture - but they are WAY too big. I would size down at least a half size (maybe a full one). I had already thrown away the box and everything and am stuck with shoes that are too big to wear. I’m so sad.

Love the shoe, unfortunately I sized down like the reviews suggested and I should have went with my true size. Down side they did not have my size in stock and had to return. Make sure to read before buying! If you return even if you only tried them on and then took the off you will not get refunded for shipping and they also take $8.00 for a restocking fee. I lost $16.00 due to this.

I’m normally between a size 7 or a 7 1/2 so with these shoes I sized down to a 7 and they fit perfect! I’ve gotten so many compliments on these! If you don’t have a pair yet buy them! You will not be disappointed!

I had purchased 2 pair of similar style shoes last year in an 8. Purchased these in an 8 and were too big. Admittedly I am always in between sizes. Contacted customer service online and within minutes had exchanged for the 7.5. Return label sent to easily return. ShuShops customer service rocks!
