I ordered a half size smaller than I usually wear and they fit perfectly. The reason for four stars are the length of the shoe strings. Not everyone likes to wear their shoes untied and even though the photo showed them this way I was unaware that a longer set of shoe strings would not be provided. Also, at a cost of a little under $100, it is my opinion that shipping should be included. I am glad I did not have to return the shoes because there is a charged to send the shoes back.
