These are the cutest shoes. They fit nicely - however, they need to be broken in. I walked a lot the second time I wore them and they rubbed my heel. I am bummed because I can't work on getting them broken in until my heel heals. But would definitely buy again.

I have ordered several pairs of sneakers from this company. I do love them! But this was a shock when receiving these shoes like this. Especially for the price point. I did reach out with photos and no response. Very disappointed I didn’t hear back. Ended up fixing this myself so I could wear them.

These run a tad big. I went off previous reviews about sizing. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 and was able to wear a 9 in these. My right foot is a smidge longer than my left and every once in a while, I will feel my toe touch. They are so cute and stylish.. I have searched high and low for the right pair of black shoes.. even Golden Goose and never found some I really liked. Until these! They are pretty comfortable for being a flat shoe! Go grab you a pair!!

This is my 8th pair of shu shop sneakers as I just love them so much! I have worn out a few from wearing them so much that I opted for this pair since they looked springy, but also neutral at the same time. Love the look! Inexpensive and comfortable. I added an arch insert for my plantar fasciitis and they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet and needed to pull laces tighter. After wearing two full days, I did notice the rubber soles have shed a little rubber. Probably no big deal.

Theses are super cute and comfortable, sizing seems TTS. They are reminiscent of bowling shoes but the style is different and the colors are nice. Keep in mind the “orange” is a little more on the salmon side

Love the shoe. The hole to fasten the shoe should be hidden. Or, allowed different adjustments. The shoe also is a bit small for a size 10. However, the color, rhinestones and o stall Look is great!

I ordered size 10 the first time because 9 1/2 was out of stock. Received the size 10 and they were a little big so returned and the return process was so easy, I was able to exchange then for the 9s and I received the 9s within the next few days. The 9s fit great and are comfortable!!!

I have the Mia and wore without socks right out of the box all day. These however gave me a blister almost immediately as they are stiffer. I love the look and know they’ll wear in. I picked up some low socks and wore them a few days later and they were better. Would still buy again they’re so cute.

I bought 3 pairs online—2 of the Paula’s and 1 Pepa. I couldn’t decide when ordering so decided to order all 3, with the intention of returning 2. Ummmm…I kept ALL 3! I have never…in the history of ever…done this. They were all so cute and at amazing price point…I didn’t feel guilty. So cute and just what I needed to update my closet.
