Really like the velour/velvet texture. Got my usual 3x and had no problems, but some of the fabric stretch is mitigated by the stitching. If your measurements are on the higher end of the size range, you might want to consider sizing up as this has a stiffer fit than my other side-tie bottoms.

I love these bottoms with the strappy sides. Personally I would prefer a smooth back rather than ruched but it's not a deal breaker. I wear a size 12 and bought the large because I've previously found the 1X too big. The gingham print is absolutely adorable and the fabric dries very quickly.
