The jacket was a custom-measurement order, and it turned out fitting very well with very sturdy construction and stitches. The leather is thick and soft, indeed it is high quality in its features. Ordered a medium as per the sizing recommendations. Unfortunately it arrived with an obvious mark, 9-10” Long on the center back. It was also a little too snug on the shoulders. The style, quality….. everything is amazing about the Chantal. I’m very upset it didn’t work for me. Totally recommend it, the hood is spectacular, a show stopping coat!

The only issue he had were the pockets on the bottom - he feels that his coin falls out of the pocket, maybe they should not have been on such an angle or may a velcro strip might be added to secure the pockets - otherwise we love the product and the size

The only issue with this item is the sipping process. This is a clearance item and was premade, so there should not have been a long wait time. I did not receive an estimated time the item was to be shipped and delivered. I called and left a message and a gentlemen called me back to let me know the item would be shipped the next day. It is important that you communicate with your customers regarding timelines.

As an update to my previous review: I’ve worn this thing 3/4 of the year for the past two years and for the most part it still looks like new. The slight issue I had with the lining stopped almost immediately. I did order this jacket in the Aniline Cowhide and it still isn’t perfectly broken in due to how heavy the cowhide is... but that’s also likely helping the longevity of the appearance. This jacket is performing so well I’m debating a second in black, as it’s rare I find clothing that holds...

Fantastic piece of equipment that fits snug but moves well. The leather is thick, gorgeous, and confidence-inspiring. Zippers and stitching are high quality and the fabric panels allow for good airflow above ~70kph. I bought a large jacket (6'1", 200lbs, a little soft around the stomach) and the arms are perfect length, although the accordion panels near the elbows feel like they could be slightly higher up the sleeve. This is my second jacket from Lusso Leather and I'm not disappointed, I do wish I could of asked to shorten the arms by an inch or two but overall I love wearing it's soft and light and love the way it turned out. I had asked to add zippers on the cuffs with leather in-between and they did exactly as my photo example. The only real downside is the wait was a little long although considering that it's handcrafted and the state of the world is fine by me.
