First time making enamel pins so it was a nerve-wracking experience but I couldn’t ask for better help with the process. Very communicative and quick to solve any complications. Shipping was also only 5 days from the manufacturer to the US. Most of the pins are perfect while a few have color imperfections. Overall, thank you Ana for being so friendly! Very pleased with my experience! The communication was good, prices were reasonable, and quality control was thorough. There was a slight delay because they caught a defect in some of the pins and corrected it, and the shipping was very efficient, so I still received them in plenty of time to bring to DragonCon.
