It’s a great electrolyte mix! I love that it’s a liquid instead of a powder easy for travel so you don’t have to mix the powder to blend in with the water. Also the flavors are really good!

I was having trouble sleeping and therefore recovering in a meaningful way. It was affecting me quite a bit. I’m a general contractor and it can be challenging working w sharp power tools when you’re not well rested. The rest supplement immediately changed it for me. I love the sleep aid, I feel like I fall into such a deep sleep when I take this. Unlike other sleep aides I love how this product doesn’t have melatonin in it that way I’m not groggy in the morning I feel very clear minded after a night rest. I also like that it’s a liquid, so it makes it easy when traveling so that you don’t have to mix it. This is a great product cannot recommend enough!
