I wear size 8 shoes and one size fits all socks are usually too big for me to be secure on the reformer, but with the dual grip socks this doesn't matter, they are so so grippy!

These socks have been a game changer for my reformer practice. I’m now confident that I’m not going to slip - the internal grip really makes a huge difference. I have tried another brand with internal grip but these are much better quality, the fabric is soft and comfortable.

I love the inner grip as well as the outer grip. That makes a huge difference in feeling secure while on the reformer and mat.
My only quibble is that it took over a month for the two pairs of socks to be shipped.

The only negative point is the delivery: 3 weeks and no home delivery ( not even a try!). For one pair of socks it would have been easy to deliver as a letter.

Ellisosa gripes are the best. They stay in place while doing Pilates, keep my feet & toes warm.
I do wish they had more cotton fibers in them.
My feet are prone to Athlete’s foot if they become too hot.

Love the socks! The 'crew' style and strong grips on the bottom make so many pilates exercises easier.
One note: I am a size six shoe and the socks are snug however not sure that would be the case for a smaller foot.

These soaks are fantastic. I have them for my daughter who has special needs she can walk with help. With these on I have peace of mind that she’s not going to slip and fall on my tiled and wooden floors. We’ve tried others but they’re not near the quality of Elliosa soaks.
