My hair changed when menopause started and also with cancer treatment. It became very difficult to manage and I usually lost a lot of hair when using an ordinary hair brush, but this one is different. I lose much less hair and it glides gently through my often knotty, wet hair. I won’t be going back to my old hair brush after using Manta and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with difficult hair like mine.

I completed a course of this product over the summer and felt another was due after Christmas. Got strawberry flavour this time. I find it more enjoyable than the mango and p flavour, personal taste. Because of the proven link between gut health and mood health I think it is a great product. It is very expensive but 10 days in I feel it is doing me good. I do recommend.

I have been taking this for three months and I find it great - I notice when it runs out and I'm without it for a couple of days so I try not to run out! I never took a supplement regularly prior to this. It's so easy...a capful every day. It's stuffed with vitamins & for me it's possibly the B12 that makes the difference. Either way, it's a great product. It's expensive. But I've bought vitamins before & they stayed in the press gathering dust on the shelf whereas I'm actually taking this stuff...
