Really feeling a difference from taking symprove. On my 5th bottle now and am stocked up with another 7 bottles in the fridge. I take this with revive active. Aswell as feeling less tired , I am definitely not as bloated. I feel like taking these will really set my immune system up for winter aswell.

I was diagnosed with IBS many years ago and although it is not bad now, certain times it does flair up. I read about Symprove before and decided to give it a go. I’m starting my fourth week today and, I have to say, so far so good. I do certainly notice an improvement!

Love Symprove, I have been taking it since last year after I read some research on it. I learnt your gut health is important and it’s important to have health bacteria in your gut to help. I was having problems with my stomach bloating after anything I would eat, starting taking Symprove and my stomach doesn’t bloat as much anymore. Highly recommend it if your looking to improve your gut health.

My daughter recommended a course of SYMPROVE to me as I had chronic diarrhea so went for the twelve week programme. I am on a lot of medication for different medical problems antibiotics included so thought it worth a try. I am on week nine now and my problem has week by week improved and now back to normal. I also have that real "feel good" feeling. I would highly recommend it. One little complaint I did not get the promised free gift with any of my deliveries.

Started taking this trio a few months ago following Iona ghd recommendation and WOW am I glad I did, my skin, hair and nails have never been in such good condition plus my dodgy ankle has not played up no pain or aches in it since starting. Definitely staying on these for the autumn winter season, but would love the option of buying these as a 3 package options 🤞🏻

My mibody comes everywhere with me. It's such a powerful device, despite the size. I use it in the mornings on my knees and neck and through out the day after exercise. Great to help with recovery. Bought my 82 year old mum one for her pain relief and she really likes it too. Highly recommended ( wish there was a better way to store them after use though and a battery alert system as no idea when it needs recharge..also there should be spare pads included ) otherwise brilliant!

I would recommend this product 100 per cent my friend recommended it to me and since I have been taking it my life has changed so much symprove is also gluten free which is what I needed . It is also dairy free and is suitable if you are vegan and also for vegetarians. It is has definitely worked for me and it will also work for you . I have tryed both flavours and my favourite would be mango and passion fruit flavour .

I am halfway through my second month of using Symprove. It is an easy routine taking the daily dose first thing in the morning with the handy cup provided. Though a little expensive the results have been far more than I expected. My general gut health has improved significantly. Delivery 🚚 very fast considering the pandemic. Got a weeks supply first then bought the months supply. Very good value for money, works out less than 1 cup of coffee a day. I find I don’t drink coffee at all anymore, I would have had 3/4 cups a day. Highly recommend this product. I am using it for pelvic floor ( the muscles underneath the pelvis ) health to guard against prolapse ( the organs, womb, bladder & bowel) coming down in the pelvic floor.
