I have used P20 many times on myself & my kids. I only use P20 (factor 50) on them while holidaying abroad as I know they won't get sunburned. on the bottle it says takes 2 tabs, i have taken 1 a night, they are big tablets, chalky tablets too which i prefer - i have slept SOO much better after taking these - i would definitely recommend
