I love this product. It really does very gently "melt away" the dirt and grime of the day. I have very sensitive skin but while you can feel this working on your skin it does not irritate. Also a little goes a long way so a jar will last you a while. However, if you have had very heavy makeup on I would recommend cleansing twice to get your face super clean.

Since I started taking Cholestrol lowering, approximately 6 months now, my overall reading has reduced by approximately 0.2 and my good cholesterol level HDL has increased by o.2 but the bad cholestrol level has reduced by 0.7. Overall I am very happy with progress as this natural supplement saves me going statins which are then for life and are notorious for having side effects.
