I ordered my midi puffer coat a week before leaving for the UK and Duck Apparel ensured it was delivered in time! Their service was personal and extremely professional. Wow, what a fantastic purchase this has been for a chilly December in London - cosy, warm and I don’t feel like the Michelin Man when wearing it over layers of clothing. I will definitely be ordering another one ♥️

So impressed! Fab quality, beautifully manufactured. Colors are sharp and edgy just like I wanted. The advantage of this warm reversible parka is that I can create so many different looks by using both sides and only pack 1 coat! It will keep me warm in below freezing temps yet it is so light to wear! Highly recommended. Also lovely that it was on promotion so saved R1000!

Best coat ever! Colour, cut, fit and length is perfect! Your advice about size was prompt and on par, leaving enough room for extra layers. It is lightweight and warm not uncomfortably hot.
