Very happy with that deskmat. Design looks good, build quality is nice and the packaging was really sweet! and the little sack it came in was the perfect stash for my old deskmat.
Also: I accidentally spilled some tomato sauce on it like a week ago. I cleaned the spot with dish soap and it's as good as new!

The quality is excellent, the presentation as well! The customer service I really appreciated with the team answering my questions and letting me know the order might be a bit late. 1st one was an awesome desk pad but got the wrong design, I just told them and quickly got a response of replacing it with the design I wanted free of charge. Best customer service ever. And I love the desk pad quality superb 101%. Bought a few things again in return everything was perfect.

The oder was placed on 20th Sept but arrived 30th November, this however is no bad reflection on ID Gaming, and should in no way put people off, due to a machine failure and replacment waiting time the delivery period was somewhat extended. During this time however constant updates were provided by a courteous helpful team.
The mat itself looks awesome no distorted pixelated deviation in the picture provided. The mat is robust and performs as expected, and looks great with it.

Amazing mat! This is my first purchase with IDGAMING and i was a little sceptical at first because being such a good price i thought the quality may lack but that isnt the case at all.

Little hiccup thanks to Evri losing my original parcel… but props to IDgaming they had a replacement printed off the day after I contacted them and they handled communication with Evri on my behalf. Can’t ask more really! Absolutely love the mousemat! Might order a 100x60 we’ll see :)

I ordered a personalised Mouse Mat, I spent ages drawing the picture with the right dimensions and sent it off. What I got back was outstanding. It looks perfect. It’s adorable, it’s just what I was after. The only snag was that I forgot to add a border so that the Red Panda on the right hand side was in the Mat frame instead of on the border edge. I’ve had extremely negative experiences with custom mousepad companies in the past:
One company, which I saw advertised on Reddit, shut down immediately after I placed my order, leaving a bunch of people without products or money. I had to issue a chargeback through my bank.
Another company ignored me for a month, and when I left a negative review, they tried to blame me for the fact that THEY forgot to fulfill my order.

They emailed me as soon as they started the order and when it arrived it was in excellent condition all the way from the UK. It was scented and wrapped elegantly.
