Seam/stitching has been good quality. Lightspeed logitech pro mouse glides over it smoothly. Measured my desk and the mat is the perfect size for me. The design is so pretty and after a few months + a move and multiple hours of gaming (and food) there have been minimal changes in ware and tear so far. SO happy with purchase. Shipping took a bit so make sure to be patient and order ahead of time !

Since I put in the wrong address the first time (my fault) it took very long to get the product, but now after the long wait, it looks really really nice. Absolutely incredible quality, both material and print. This is a custom design I made for myself and it came out better than I imagined. <3 I previously had the small SteelSeries mousepad and the feel of this pad is much better. + Any marks/dust on the mat seen in the photos is from almost a months usage. I recommend anyone looking for a new mousepad, to stop your search as you have found the best company out there, especially if you are wanting a custom design. ;)

Quick dispatch. It's been really upgraded the looks and comfort on my desk, the surface feels really nice on the wrist, and I like to move the keyboard and mouse around depending on my position. It's not a fast pad, but I am satisfied with the plush texture. The underside is sticky enough to keep it in place. Unsure why it comes in a bag, I guess if you want to transport it...

I bought two, one is this and the other is a larger one. Both are exactly as I expected. Both mousepads maintained the high-resolution pictures I used when customizing. The sides of the mousepads are also neatly done. Furthermore, when I received the mousepads, they don't have much smell and this smell of new pads which also exist in any other mousepads you buy were gone after using it for couple of days. Therefore, generally speaking, I really like the quality of these customized mousepads.

It came pretty fast as I'm in America and I believe they are UK based. The fabric feels great to the touch and the colors are really vibrant. There's no color bleed either and it lays flat. Love it. The fabric is super soft and the motive is exactly like on the photos. The delivery took about a month because it had to be imported into the EU from the UK, but they always kept me informed what is happening. In my opinion they handled the problems very well, and I still would recommend them.
