I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the process and how long it took to ship and the tracking system. I was worried I would not receive them and it had been delivered to a wrong destination. I eventually got them but would have loved better communication on where my shipment was. My wife and mother in law we’re pleased with the necklaces so that made up for it. Possibly may be purchasing again.
