These live pink scallops exceeded our expectations. We ate them raw with real wasabi root and ponzu, and lightly cooked in a lemongrass coconut broth. Both were amazing, but highly suggest eating raw since these beauties are SO FRESH! We will definitely purchase again.

Fresh from the cold Maine waters. These are our favorite oysters and we recently sent them to our family in South Carolina for a post Thanksgiving treat! Small cucumber cups and a bowl of rice with uni on top are two ways to enjoy the goodness. A salty brine adds some taste to the uni. Helps also as a rinse for any crunchies that may be on the uni. You get a good amount of uni to make your treats. It arrived cold and ready to go. Time to order again for the next celebration.

They arrived very fresh and alive, which allows me to prepare them in many varied ways: raw gonads and sea urchin juice-poached honeynut squash slices like ravioli, sea urchin and langoustine tartare in a shell, tagliatelle with urchin gonads and sauce, potato, urchin gonads and creamy urchin soup, urchin soufflé in its shell... and other recipes (accras, gratin, custard, bisque...) not shown here. I love them!

Arrived in great condition and they are beautiful. Prepared simply by putting them in a hot sauce pan and cooking until they just open then removing from pan and making a sauce with the released clam liquid some dry vermouth and a bay leaf (reduced down significantly). They are very tasty with a fresh oceanic flavor. 5 pounds is a lot of clams for one person!

We ordered crayfish for our annual Swedish "kräftskiva" again this year after last year's great experience. This time we ordered 7 × 5 lbs for 35 people and were informed by e-fish the day before delivery that they were unable to deliver the ordered quantity due to high demand. Instead, we got 5 × 5 lbs (automatic refund for the rest), which turned out to be sufficient. 26 out of the estimated 400-500 crayfish were dead on arrival. Size ok but not as big as last year.

The oysters came quickly and packaged safely and arrived in a tight compact box undamaged. I scrubbed them lightly with a bristle brush to my liking. Now the fun can begin. I sat them with the deep shell down in a large iced bowl... now the decision was... how to consume them.

Crabs arrived on time and alive. They were a good size averaging 2lbs each and almost no barnacles. We’ve ordered from another company in the past but these were nicer looking and almost $15/crab cheaper. We will absolutely order these again!

They were fantastic, fully alive (gloves recommended) when they arrived and still two days later when I cooked the last ones. Different preparations: flambéed with Cognac, with broccolini & snap peas, traditional French chicken with crayfish, filo tartlet with chopped cabbage, mayonnaise and apple, pappardelle with whole crayfish... and of course bisque with thew heads and shells.

These oysters started with a clean lightly briney taste accompanied by a light oyster taste. They moved into a crisp texture with a green melon type finish. No mineral finish on these at all. We are not fans of that. That quality is what made these so great. Will purchase these again and recommend them to others.

It was a close call but I received the package. I received a notice saying it was being returned I immediately drove down to UPS and asked why. Package was leaking some of the ice Water had leaked, but I insisted they open the package and everything was perfectly fine.. again some of the ice had melted. There was still plenty of ice and the dry ice pack. I enjoyed it very much, amazing.

Arrived on time and although the fish had leaked in the box it was in good shape (the packaging was a little fishy smelling the fish was fine). Well over 2 pounds. I portioned the fish in 3 portions. We ordered 15 pounds of signal crayfish for a Swedish crayfish party ; the timing was tricky but they arrived in the Midwest on time and in great shape. Only a few arrived dead, maybe 10% at most, so we were very pleased. They cooked up beautifully and had marvelous flavor. An excellent experience overall - many thanks !

These oysters are outstanding. They came in perfect condition all fresh and tightly closed..fortunately my wife is allergic to crustaceans, so I stood there with ice cold beer and ate 45 fresh, BBQ 10 more and they are just excellent. Light, tender, sweet, mild sea salt flavor. Also, huge credit to the farmers who provided beyond the count in the bag..there were way more than 60 oysters in the sack. I'll order again and again.

Arrived on time and in superb condition. Cooked half in a garlic sherry and harissa sauce and then made stock from heads and shells to make an arroz meloso. The heads were sucked and were delicious. The bodies were sweet and tender. Do not over cook these wonderful huge shrimp. Worth waiting for them to be available and would buy again. Superb!

The mackerel arrived fresh and cold. They were smaller in size than expected but tasty! The picture shows 5lbs. You have to gut them but worth it and easy to do. I cooked a few of them in the air fryer the same day. Best tasting fish! Thank you EFish!

Living over a mile above sea level fresh fish is difficult to get. This is by far the freshest fish that we have tasted. Have been buying fish from E-Fish all summer. Got the referral from a chef friend of mine. He buys from E-Fish exclusively for his restaurant. Delivery is always spot on. I panned fried my Salmon with a beurre blanc sauce. Thanks E-Fish.

Very briefly poached (1 minute), then the whole tail (underneath shell "plastron" removed) was brushed with fresh thyme-flavored olive oil and BBQ'd on vine wood embers. Served with mustard leaf salad and a tomalley vinaigrette. Claws served apart inside a squash blossom and deep-fried (some kind of a chimera), and the head and legs mixed the tomalley made a delicious bisque.

I ordered 50 oysters from E-Fish and was blown away by the quality! They arrived perfectly cold and still frozen, which was such a relief since we live in the very southern part of Texas where it’s still hitting 100° outside. Shucking them was easy, and the flavor was outstanding fresh, clean, and delicious. My whole family enjoyed them, and it made for such a fun experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Fish arrived on time and as always very well packed. This bundle was petrale sole and halibut. Over 2 pound of each. I ended up sautéing the sole and oven roasting the halibut. Leftovers were used to make a terrific basque style fish stew. The fish was immaculate. No fish or ammonia odors. Beautiful and delicious.

Arrived in superb condition. They were very feisty! I made a crawfish boil and then used leftovers to make crawfish mussel and clam paella. Stock made from heads and shells put the paella in a higher orbit. I would remove leftovers from shells asap after preparing to keep them from getting soggy.
