I have been using this loc pomade on my sons hair for the last 2 years and I havent had any issues with it until recently. The new batches has been leaving residue in his hair that i have to scrape out after it dries. This has happened with mango and papaya. Im not sure what has changed but I had better experiences with the older pomades.

I really do like this shampoo, but I do wish it had more lather. Regardless it cleaned my hair very well, but didn’t feel stripping at all. I would not hesitate to recommend this for locs or loose natural hair.
