The spray is a bit strong for smell,but the kids love it so they are using it. The pomade leaves white residue on the roots of my daughter's locs,so not sure I will use for reties,but I can use for edges. Other than that I cant complain.

I absolutely love this product. I have never been able to have a shampoo provide me with such a leather it with you know such a small usage. I like being able to wash my locs without having to squeeze half the bottle of shampoo out to get a good leather the soap does a really great job. Probably one of the best things I've used on my hair. As I was rinsing out the conditioner, I couldn't even tell it was out or not! That was how soft it felt. I haven't noticed any build-up, but I trust the company that their products (when rinsed thoroughly) won't leave anything behind.

I have tried so many mousses and foams and none of them worked for me. They either felt too producty feeling dirty in my hair to stiff and stringy, or no hold or effect at all. This one is wonderful and I think it's the only mousse out there that has flax in it. It has a very subtle natural fragrance and I get shine from it. Also, no petroleum products in it! Very happy with this.

I purchased the Pineapple refresher spray first and it smells wonderful. I love it. My locs are more moisturized this winter. I purchased the Caribbean Vibez refresher spray second. I do not like the smell of it as much as I like the Pineapple, but it does help to keep my locs moisturized.

No picture in this review because i NEED a retwist BUT these sprays are the truth. I've bought other loc sprays but this one? Bay-bee. They all smell amazing (especially the Rose, cherry blossom and green apple ones), my hair always feels soft and i use them twice a day without worrying about buildup.
