I don’t have sensitive skin, but I started out purchasing the “strong” adhesive because I was worried the Extreme would be to harsh. The strong was amazing!! I used all the tape up in 2 weeks I loved it so much and tried to wear it in different ways. It’s lasts so long and a little goes a long way! Love this product, so easy to use! About to place a second order. PSA: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVAL!! Don't be lazy like me and think you can skip the oil section and end up damaging your skin. To be clear - the instructions VERY clearly state to use oil to remove. I skipped it the first time after only wearing them for 2-3 hours and it was ok, just some redness. The second use I wore them for almost 12 hours and I should NOT have removed without oil. This product was excellent. It actually stayed in place - including while swimming! I'm a 38D so I was anticipating the tape would get loose and slip. I was so wrong. It was comfortable, not irritating and my boobs looked great and most of all stayed in place. It is my new "strapless backless bra." Was very skeptical at trying this product, being that my chest is more on the heavy side. But to my surprise, this tape held "the girls" up well. I wore a deep V dress, and had no issue with anything popping out. The adhesive is strong, so be careful when removing... (I'm 5'6, 187lbs, wearing 40D).
