I love these vitamins! The Aligned Wombman vitamins have shortened my periods, and have made them EXTREMELY less painful! I rarely get cramps anymore and if I do, they are very faint. I almost don’t even notice my periods anymore! I used to have very bad cramps and hormonal side effects and 95% of all of that has been cleared up due to these vitamins! If you do not get any other herbs from this shop I am going to tell you Aligned Wombman and the sea moss are staple for me. Specifically speaking to the Aligned Wombman it has helped with my period SO much. My cramps are more manageable, and I have also noticed that I don’t get as much hormonal ache around my cycle. Aligned Wombman is probably my top 3 herb that I take every day. I can’t express how thankful I am for this blend. I’ve been taking these supplements for over a month now and I’ve been feeling really great! They’re easy to take and have helped clear some of my brain fog. My period was much more manageable.
