I love these vitamins! The Aligned Wombman vitamins have shortened my periods, and have made them EXTREMELY less painful! I rarely get cramps anymore and if I do, they are very faint. If you do not get any other herbs from this shop I am going to tell you Aligned Wombman and the sea moss are staple for me.
