I'm two weeks in now, and have to say, it's a great programme so far.
I'm after a small break from the gym from the Christmas period, so a slower, lighter start is a really good sort of reset.
The side notes are very helpful. My bench technique has gotten much better. I'm able to push myself more. Overall great workout plan.
Also, holy balls Damo, that leg day(day 2) is brutal, absolutely insane. I love it.
