I was really skeptical of this but it actually works. I wanted to try this first before taking out my nose piercing and I am so glad I did. I bought the spray and the bump oil as a package and I love both. First off, the oil smells amazing and second, the irritation bump on my nose went away in about a week and a half. I like to use a Q-tip to massage the oil in.
