i was really surprised when this product worked, id been dealing with a keloid on my bridge piercing after it got torn a bit and was worried i’d just have to deal with this ugly keloid. this serum was the first i tried and i’m SO HAPPY with it, just after a few weeks the keloid has started to shrink!! seriously amazing id recommend this anyone with piercing keloids

Dude this shit works, after almost yanking my nose piercing out in the shower… I had the worst keloid. I came across this product and read the reviews. Came in the mail pretty fast, and after only using it for 4 days the bump is almost all gone.

normally I’m not one to get anything I see from TikTok but I’ve had horrible bumps on my eyebrow piercings for the longest time and I was desperate. Im so glad I tried this bc it actually works !!! It's working! I have a keloid on my nose from my nose piercing. It was pretty big, but has been shrinking since using the cleansing spray and gel 3x a day. I didn't have high hopes before using it, but I can confirm it truly does work.

I was skeptical as I usually am until I try a product. I had gotten my left nostril double pierced in July 2025, but developed a piercing bump between the two piercings. Within a week of using this piercing bump serum, it has gone away and you cannot even tell that it was there. These products are remarkable and honestly every piercing artist should carry these products in their shop as opposed to normal saline. Super happy about the results!

I know most reviews say to give it time for the products to work. But for me, I saw significant changes within a week or using it. I do try to use it twice a day (instructions say 2-3 times/day). I did get my ear piercings almost a year before using their oil. So maybe that’s why it worked so quickly? Either way, it works really well. I saw their products being advertised on TikTok so I was very skeptical. But their products are legit. I 100% trust their products. 😊

My bump got really bad when i was out of town, and didn't yet have the treatment. As soon as I got home, I put the treatment on the bump. It was so dramatically improved the next day, I couldn't believe it! I was consistently doing sea salt spray/soak, tea tree oil, chamomile tea soaks, and nothing has improved it as much as this treatment. So thankful for this product!

I have been using Base Laboratories for a little over two years and it has really helped my piercings. Especially my nose ring; I was on my third re-pierce and was really over it, but it has completely healed this time. I can visibly see the oil working after just a week and I will also say I love the mist that the spray has! Sadly the qtips are a bit of a miss for me as the the swab slides down the stick that it’s attached to and ends up poking my sensitive ears so I’ll switch between them and a regular qtip that I’ve dipped in the spray for more comfort.

I have used the oil before and had run out. I have used it as a preventative for my conch and helix and it has worked really well. I haven't experienced any bumps around the piercings or soreness. So I never write reviews but this right here is magic Ive been patient with it and consistent at least three or four times a day. Probably tmi but this deserves a review regardless. I have not worn earrings regularly for about a decade and I have had a chronic piercing bump in one former piercing. I used these and the healing spray and dislodged a dead skin piece that has been stuck for far too long. I have tried to remove this on my own for years and this solved what seemed to be a never ending problem. Thank you so much.
