The first item arrived broken. I e- mailed and reported it with a photo. I never received a answer to the ticket and had to get the BBB involved. After contacting them every thing was straighten out and I received a replacement USAF Security mug in perfect condition. It is beautiful and I love it.

Got the burgundy colored jacket for my husband in 3X. It came and was lovely, but too tight, so contacted them about exchanging it for a 4X. They told me not to return it and sent me another. I think it was another $20, but not as much as the original. He absolutely loves it and it looks great on him. The ONLY thing he mentioned that he wished he could get done would to be have the ability to personalize it by adding his name and EM2 (SS) beneath the embroidered part.

The Garden flag arrived when promised and is well-made and attractive. It appears that it will be able to withstand exposure to direct sunlight, rain and wind during the summer months. We are very happy with it. My spouse is also a Veteran of the old Women's Army Corps. If you had a garden flag with the "Athena" symbol, we would have ordered one of those as well.
