This is my absolute favorite color so that sucked me in, but I liked the description and the idea of not having mono-boob (can I say that in a review? 😂) The straps are super cute although a little tricky to straighten out solo. I love that the designers shaped the removable pads more mindfully than just a circle. They really conform to the shape of the body. I agree that the support is medium, which is perfect for me and what I’m wearing it for! More colors please! 🙂

I do wear medium and large shirts but I’m 34 inch in bras so I bought a small and medium. They both fit well. I will say the medium offers better, fuller coverage. I am a huge fan of the pockets and pads. I’ve had two lumpectomies on the same breast and wish I knew about Handful earlier. I’m nearly 50 and these bras are great for everything I do except cardio.

I love this bra and the extra support that it provides. I have a little more projection due to implants from breast cancer reconstruction so while I am typically an XS for a t-shirt, I would suggest that anyone with fuller implants go one size up.

I absolutely love this bra. I bought one 5 years ago and it is still my favorite bra today. I love the most recent bra I purchased to replace my old one. I am pregnant so I needed a bra to grow with me. I think the material has changed in the last 5 years to something even better and more expensive. The fit is very flattering and the support is decent. Not enough for running for me because my chest is larger. Excellent for just lounging too. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that I would rather have teeth pulled than do any kind of bra shopping. I am always skeptical of businesses claiming to have a great, supportive bra. Love the coverage in this bra. I’m wearing an X-Large. I’m a mom of two and I needed a lot of coverage for these nursing babies! Wish it had a higher impact, but it’s a great bra for weight lifting or low impact cardio!

Semi lopsided rib cage from scoliosis makes it difficult to find a decent bra to fill out both sides. The Handful Convertible bra is the ONLY sports-style bra that I wear - I’ve recycled all of my others (all of them) and haven’t looked back since buying my very first one. They are unbelievably comfortable… as in keeping everything supported and in place without the tight-as-heck squeeze… and all the colors! Plus, it’s convertible, so I can adjust the straps to compliment whatever style tank / top I’m wearing. LOVE these bras.

I tried the FavBra and this style and ended up returning the FavBra for this Adjustable Bra. I use this bra as an everyday bra versus a workout bra but I definitely could use it for low to moderate impact workouts. The material is soft and stretchy but still supportive. I wear a 36B with a wide rib cage. Started with a medium it gaped on the sides and was a little large in the cups. Switch to a small and took the pads out, fits great. Wear this bra for running and playing soccer, good support and not much bounce.

at 5'4 and 135 with an athletic build I found medium to be to loose for running, exchanged for small. Small is a little snug in the waist but overall better fit. Being short they do bunch a little behind the knees otherwise the proportions are great and the pockets hold tight to keys and phone during a run.

This is my third Handful bra - all three Adjustable Bras. As a breast cancer survivor (right flat) who is not planning reconstruction, finding a bra that is comfortable, doesn't shift, accommodates pads of different thicknesses, and allows me to feel a bit more normal, has definitely been a journey. The Adjustable Bra is SO much better than the prescribed mastectomy bras that I initially wore. AND customer service is wonderful!

After starting to experience bra line chaffing for the first time ever! I went seeking out sports bras that are known not to chafe. So far, very happy with my handful bra, but I’ve only lifted in it. I’ll test it today with running. I love the feel and the fit, particularly the back fit- all skin, sag, and muscle has a place and it is contained!

The Y back is my go to for any activity, this is my fifth one! The design makes it comfortable to wear for every day wear and the support makes it great for mid to high impact. The quality makes it last wash after wash. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the inserts; they are perfectly shaped and high quality cut at a certain size, I don’t think they are necessary. The great news is that they are removable and the double layer of fabric is more than sufficient to remain discreet.

Here are my top three. Love the comfort, love the fit, and love the ways I can wear it. I use it for work and play. If you take care of it, it will take care of you for a good while. I wash mine on the delicate cycle and let it air dry. Sure, go ahead and use the dryer if you want but just keep the heat low. This particular one is a way better fit than the original one I bought about 14 years ago. Yes, I’ve worn Handful bras since then and nothing else.

I absolutely love this bra, I have been struggling for years to find a running bra that was actually supportive enough and didn’t leave me with painful chafing. The Y-back bra is the glass slipper! I wore it for 10 hot, sweaty miles in 80 degree temps with 80% humidity today and has zero chafing. I liked it so much that I ordered 2 more, well worth the cost and super comfortable!
