I have extremely thick long hair. I was concerned the curler wouldn't be able to handle it but I was surprised when I had perfect curls. I love the heat adjustments so I can have waves or long lasting curls. I definitely recommend this product. It's easy to use and cuts the time in half.

I love the curler! However, the shipping time was a whole month after it was supposed to arrive which was very frustrating and I think it should have been on a warning when purchasing the product at the time. With that being said, the customer service has a pretty good response time but unfortunately could only tell me they were behind. BUT the curler was worth the wait! I’ve always had problems with my hair frizzing out after curling and don’t seem to have that with this one! And the curls hold...

I get fantastic curls and it doesn't take long to do. My only problem with it is that it doesn't hold it's charge long enough. If my hair was long I would have to charge it twice.

Took a while to figure out how to use it. Best way was to practice on someones elses hair. After learning it made amazing curls. You dont even have to change hand placements because there is a left, right, and both curl turn mode. Heats up fast and charge does hold for a good amount of time. If you have long thick hair like me you may have to charge it halfway through for 5 mins to finish the whole head. I had some issues with my first wavylook (nothing major, just a battery that died quicker than I could do my hair) and I emailed customer service asking if there was a warranty. It’s great, battery lasts enough until hair is done, so easy to switch to the other side, i always struggled having my hair wavy because i’m not good with iron devices, but this made my life easier, now i’m using it when i have parties and my hair looks great!

I love it! It works perfectly with my hair. It takes me about 15-20 min to do my hair. The only thing that i don’t like is the annoying bip that last every second… and it’s not pratical early in the morning when you want to be quiet.

It took a while to get here but i do really like it! My hair doesn't get stuck in it like I feared; it does tangle a bit but so far it's been easy to get out. It takes about half the battery (when fully charged) to do my whole head which I don't mind. It does take a while to fully charge up but I don't mind :)

I love the way the curls hold but it’s difficult to curl all my hair in one full charge. I have thin, a little below the shoulders length hair so you’d think it the charge would hold .
