Very good. I defrost it, boil it, then when cool, pour out to smaller containers then freeze them. This way, I use smaller amounts for my cooking.

In my order I had stated in the note box to deliver on April 21 BUT was delivered on Aug 10 resulting in my fridge too full n had to borrow fridge space from neighbour to store your ACE fish delivery. Can ask what happened? National day order must be delivered on Aug 9 or next day?

We steamed the threadfin with pandan leaves and served it with dark soya sauce and cut chilli. Very tasty combination! The next time, we'll try baking it!

We are always happy and enjoy the freshness of the fish (though most are fresh-frozen) supplied for my past orders. But this one was a little disappointed. We ate one of the seabasses and found that the quality was so-so and different from our experience. Just hope that this is a one-off case.
