Great bench to do preacher curls on. Width of arm pad is perfect. Love using this bench. I brought one previously from another company and it was no good, pad was to small to fit my arms on. It was a waste of money. This one from RITFIT is great. Also my arm pad was damaged when I received my bench from RITFIT and they immediately sent me a new pad. Great customer service and response. I’ve had the rack for over a month now and love it. Functions well and the pulley system works great. Wasn’t too hard to put together either. I am very happy with it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because some items came damaged or scratched out of the box. I attach a few photos for reference.

The Back support beam came a little sideways...hasn't effected the bench in anyway so far but I only used it once since I've only gotten it today..the back just looks like it's been out drinking 🍸 as far as quality in material and being sturdy have no complaints there...besides the little bend. I made my own preacher curl bench which required a couple holes to be punched based on my design(which I wish RitFit produced for this machine). My only gripe is the plate holders on each side. Overall, setting up the RitFIt PPC03 Power Cage with Smooth Cable System was quite easy. The power cage is quite sturdy, multifunctional, and looks amazing. It's been nice to use for traditional power rack lifts and I really enjoy the foot attachment for low rows. One adjustment I had to make was doing squats outside the cage rather than inside the cage due to the vertical rods used for the pulley system in the way. My only complaint about this machine is that after a few days of using it the cables end up twisting together and then we have to unscrew some pieces to manually untwist the cables. It’s very annoying.

The instructions to build it were very simple, although building it alone is mildly difficult; you should plan on having a 2nd person to help. The quality seems pretty good, the machine is sturdy, and held up to the 480lbs I threw on it for my first work out. The hack squat setting is AMAZING and works flawlessly. My only complaint is that the Leg press doesn't allow for 100% ROM if you're short; it ends me just shy of full ROM as I'm 5'5. Overall I'm very happy with the equipment for its price ...
