I have high porosity hair, and I have been looking for a long time for a leave-in conditioner that will help my hair to have moisture but that doesn't have parabens and other harmful ingredients in it. I put it on my dry hair. My hair is natural but I sometimes wear it straightened. I think it’s low porosity so I’m working on that. I kept it on a while then rinsed it out. I’ve used 2x so far. Love it. My hair is so soft and moisturized now!

I have tried many moisturizing hair products to keep my hair from drying so fast and i as soon as I use them my hair is dry again within 1-2 days. Strands of Faith Twisting Butter keeps my hair moisturized after using for at least 5 days. Its not greasy or heavy and feels smooth. Whenever you are styling your hair, after the detangling, the washing, the conditioning and the detangling again, you finally style, maybe with twists. The last thing you need is for your many twists to not stay when you untwist after they have dried for a day or two. This twisting butter has kept my twist, and hair moisturized for days after untwisting. I have several jars here because I love the results and do not want to ever be without this item. Light sweet smell that doesn’t irritate my allergies—- so the fact that it smells good but isn’t overwhelming is a plus for me. And the kicker is it does what it says it will do. This isn’t a “should” product, like it should moisturize, it actually does moisturize my type 4 hair for several days. Can’t beat that with a stick! I love it!!!
