I purchased the giraffe sorting box at a local store and when I went to wrap it up for my granddaughter's birthday I realized the shaped pieces were missing. I reached our to Moover and asked if I could purchase the shapes. They got back to me very quickly and replaced the entire item. I was so impressed! Their customer service couldn't be better. Also want to say that the quality of their toys is 5 star! Thank you Moover!

I contacted Moover because the we had gotten a Blue ride on Truck for our Grandson for his birthday recently and the opening on the seat had broken. I received an immediate email back and then was sent a new piece to replace the broken one. I was able to disassemble the truck and assemble it with the new piece. We got this as a gift and the fishing pole was missing. We were bummed we had to get rid of it because they didn’t have a replacement. Months later they reached out and said they were able to get one and we didn’t have the game anymore, customer service replaced our whole board they were so amazing. The board is a ton of fun and my daughter loves it. Very durable as my two year old also tries to play with it.

Pram is great! Awesome quality and beautiful design. Just be sure not to let hair get caught in the wheels because we couldn't get it out in our last one. Company is really responsive, and I would buy from them again.

Awesome truck. My son is having a great time towing his other toys around. I do wish the tow hook came with a string longer than 6 inches, but it's easy enough to replace with a better option.

Amazing customer service! Our kids love our mover truck so much, somewhere along the way lost two connecting hooks. I connected the company and within days we had the replacement hooks and now can have many more years of fun with this very loved toy! My kids are happily passing it along to their baby cousin since it's still in such great shape because it is so well made!
