I have wanted to do this for our family for over a year — and I FINALLY did it and am so happy! My husband and I are obsessed with the Simpsons, so for our wedding anniversary I got this illustration made and printed it on a lot of things... mugs, mouse pad, postcards...! He was SO SURPRISED and LOVED IT!!! It was the greatest gift ever!!! DO IT!!!

Huge success, but not at first. Be sure to include plenty of reference photos just like they tell you to. To be blunt, I hated how my photo had turned out. To be fair, I had only sent my original photo and no others, despite being advised to send more. I contacted the team and let them know that I was unhappy with the final product. I had a friend’s engagement photo Turned Yellow as a surprise and not only did I absolutely love how it turned out, the couple loved it too. Everyone was professional and very quick to reply to my emails. They even quickly made an adjustment on the bride’s skin tone when I asked AFTER I was emailed my finished copy. Our picture turned out awesome after a few drafts. It would have been really helpful to initially have more guided instructions about what you wanted- specific boxes to check off for each person’s traits (hair and eye color, etc). Maybe more open ended questions for clothing and people’s positioning. Great work!

From start to finish the experience was great. Illustrators were very attentive with corrections, emailing was a hassle only because there was confusion with details. It would be nice to be able to call in for customer service. The end result was amazing. Canvas is big, details are perfect. The only issue I really had was there is one line a defect of some sort on the canvas itself. It isn't terrible but noticeable and for the pricing between the order and canvas purchase I would have hoped for ...

This gift delivered beyond expectations. My Simpsons-superfan daughter was thrilled to see her likeness look like it was straight out of the show. We framed it elsewhere and she immediately displayed in on her wall with pride. Can't say enough good things about the entire experience: the artists delivered with every detail that I requested. If you have a Simpsons fan in your life, it's a no brainer.
