Like everyone else says, it's an extremely small tube. But it numbed my entire forearm area for a good 2 hours. Not sure why it didn't work for 4+ hours for me. Well, first off I will say, the tube is super small, so keep that in mind. It’s a bit pricey even for just a single, tiny tube. However, the stuff WORKS. I’m a big wimp with tattoos, and this made it an actually pleasant experience.
I applied and waited as directed. I got one tattoo on my finger, that one did hurt, but it was a tolerable pain. I got another on my forearm and I felt zero pain at all. Just vibrating from the tattoo machine. I’ll be using this stuff to get more tattoos soon.

I had a 6 hour session working on various rough locations- shin, ankle bone, and foot on both legs. I used 4 tubes of the numbing plus cream and applied it thick and wrapped with cellophane 2 hrs prior to appt. I don’t think it’s realistic to expect zero sensation for this amount of time, but the level of numbing was certainly worth it and allowed me to sit still for the whole time. Definitely recommend!

I was able to tolerate 5 hours using the signature plus cream. My advice to those who are getting a 1/2 sleeve like I did is to Put on a thick layer about an hour and a half prior to your session then wrap your arm with plastic wrap and then put a sports wrap over that to make sure that it gets into the skin. I reapplied during a break and let it sit for 15 minutes and I was able to tolerate another hour.

I was so skeptical and honestly terrified the numbing cream wouldn't work. I tested it a couple days before and unintentionally gave myself a few small bruises testing my pain tolerance. The day of, I sat down and the artist went to work...all while I sipped my drink and held conversation with my husband. I didn't even know she was done lol. 1000/1000 highly recommend. This cream legit works! I got my ribcage tattooed, the first tattoo in 20 years. I felt only pressure but no pain. It lasted about 3 hours of outline and shading. Works amazing as long as you apply it correctly! You have to shave and then add the dumping cream and then wrap it properly and let’s sit. But for the most part, the pain is manageable and significantly less without! I used it for this entire piece and barely felt anything! Definitely get this. It’s better than anyone that I’ve use and I’ve tried three or four of them.
