This ring arrived on time and fit perfectly! Seems like high quality and the engraving was correctly spelled and in the font I selected, however on the preview the Times New Roman looked italicized but on the ring it's straight, but that's not really an issue just wanted to point that out. Overall a very positive experience and it will serve it's purpose as my wedding band hopefully for a lifetime.

It's a beautiful ring, the one thing I didn't like was the customer service. After ordering the ring I didn't get an email or any confirmation that they got my order request, nothing saying when it would be delivered I sent messages asking if they got my order then I looked at my bank account and they certainly got the money but nothing other then that. I just had to wait and see when it would come since no one ever got back to me.

The only negative is we may have measured wrong. He says it feels a little too big. The good thing about that is, they are so reasonably priced, we can order another one if we need to.
