I emailed a second time and still received no reply. I was married last Saturday and my new husband loves the ring. I just wish the engraving had been done as promised because it would have made our day more special.

Right after ordering this ring I needed to cancel it since it was a year out to our wedding and we hadn’t sized my fiancé for comfort fit. I asked if I could cancel my order and since it hadn’t shipped they were able to do so. I was very appreciative at the time. Fast forward 3 and a half weeks and I can’t get them to credit me back. So here I am with no ring but I paid for it. I have emailed them several times and it takes days to weeks for a response. Do not order from this company.
