Well for starters, I never received the aheets with my delivery. I only received the two king pillows. What’s even more annoying, is the fact that I’ve emailed this company four times already in regards to this issue, and have gotten no response or resolution as of yet. Love the pillows and probably would love the sheets if i could get them, but at the bare minimum, a refund. Customer service at rhis company is absolutely non existent!

The pillows really do not offer much cooling, the only thing that is cooling is the cover but nothing inside helps to keep the coolness. I had to put a cooling pillowcase on the pillow to help keep it a little cooler. really not as described in my opinion.

You should be more forward with the composition of your sheets. Some of us have decided it's enough using plastic in our cloth and bedding. You speak pompously of your 60% bamboo, 40% plastic. You get to see the composition once the sheets are delivered. That is deception and the reason for my 1 stat, down from 2 since I already provided this feedback.
