Total trash. From placing the order to the product itself. First the order was near 2 weeks late. When I reached out, the email from BarkMute was they ran out of goods and it was causing the delay. Ok? Why am I reaching out and not BarkMute emailing me first telling me about the delay. Then when this delayed product arrived, it didn't work. Minimal instructions, which I normally like, but could have used a bit more detail in operations manual. Still have to manipulate it to figure out settings and it's difficult to tell if it's on or off.

Do not purchase this item. Goes off with loud noises. Other dogs can trigger it. Trying to return no customer service will respond to 20 + emails. No phone number to call. Tried on website. Only have 14 days to return. But you have to send them pictures of the product. But no one contacts you back. Have also filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Keep your money.
