Directions were not very helpful. Their option to contact them was an email. I requested more detailed info and also had a question about the on/off function. They did answer in a timely manner which helped. My dog’s barking was down about 95% the first few days. Now she seems to be more aware that the beeping and vibration won’t hurt. So I turned it up to highest setting. Then I could hear the beep and vibration so I turned it down a bit. At this point (2wks in) overall it’s helping by about 6...

The blue cover keeps falling off and the strap comes loose, falling off His neck occasionally. The up side is that it works great and our dog has been learning not to bark. It doesn’t hurt him but wearing it reminds him to not bark (even when it is turned off). Recommend this product.

It was hard to figure out the directions on how to use it. My daughter was able to figure it out but after I recharged it, I had trouble getting it back to the vibration mode that I wanted. Other than that, it works well on slowing down the barking of my dog.

Just started using it. Only need it for car rides, he barks at everything he sees. The first time he barked and it made noise and he did question the sound by stopping barking. Hope it continues working.

It does work, and when she doesn't have it on, she snuffles first, but then barks. She is a Boxer, very vocal, and it stems stems the barking, but now she also doesn't make all her other cute noises.

I love that it does not shock but I ordered a size small (I have a teacup) and it is to big for her. I wish it would have been smaller but it works great.

I have 3 dogs...one 13 year old Vizsla andtwo 8 year old Silky Yorkies. It works great on the Yorkies, but it does nothing for the Vizsla....I can only guess she is has lost her hearing!!!

We have only been using it for a few days but seems to be working so far. We have a cockapoo who has become an incessant barker. The combination of sound and vibration immediately gets his attention. It startles him and he hesitates. Hopefully it continues to work.

Had to put it on the highest sensitivity for it to go off but once I did it works great. The strap is a bit chintzy and there is no where to hook a leash. Not that I would want to as it would come off if pulled too hard.

Just what I needed. I've got a small dog and it was easy to adjust so fits perfectly ( it would easily fit a large dog) proof it works is when she sat next to me and didn't make a sound during a thunder storm. Normally she would have barked continuously.

Does not seem to decrease barking and howling when I leave my dog for a few hours. I can hear her as I approach my home. The collar is in place and functioning.

While the product functions as it is designed to, senses barking, beeps and vibrates.. it did not have the desired outcome of stopping the barking. My Australian Shepherd could care less and just barks right through it. All this collar does is add a high pitched beep to accompany his barking. $40 wasted.
