These tablets are excellent value and arrived quickly. I used to get my vitamins from Holland & Barrett but I paid 3 times as much for a lesser strength. The H&B tablets were huge and I had difficulty swallowing them. MOBUs tablets are a lot smaller and higher strength. My daughter recommended them to as she noticed a massive change to her nails and hair within 2 weeks of starting taking them. Her nails have stopped peeling and splitting and are a lot stronger.

These have stabilised my mood, reduced / eradicated anxiety, helped fix 'tennis elbow' and my hair and eyebrows are growing back. I cant say it is exactly these but after one - two weeks of taking them - i noticed these improvements. I was feeling more energised (I have M.E). I am on my second purchase of these now (as well as multi vits). If these are indeed the things that are helping then I fully recommend them. I hope they do not change the price on them as other wise most people would...
