I really can't tell if it works or not without getting a blood test and I don't think my GP would be very happy if I went asking him for a blood test. I would be happier if I could find a vegan vit D 3 with vit K2 that does not have any extra additives which doesn't cost the earth as I also have to take calcium 1000 mg daily I get calcium citrate 1000mg from Just vitamins with no hidden extras
