Been taking 3 every night a few hours before bed to see if it would help with TMJ. After a few days taking magnesium, there was less aching pain throughout the day especially in the morning. I realised I had stopped having to massage my jaw throughout the day. There is still tightness and I do notice I'm still grinding my teeth as I'm sleeping but the aching pain has lessened. Definetly worth a try if you are struggling with Bruxism or TMJ!

MOBU Magnesium Citrate capsules are great and are easily absorbed by the body, unlike Magnesium Oxide which is used in inferior tablets as it is easily compacted in a pill. As the Magnesium as Citrate is assimilated by the body it has a noticeable effect on sleep, recovery, and aids the formation of strong bones.

To early to say if they are going to help as it’s only been a couple of weeks but I did alot research online for the same product just out of curiosity that turned out other companies charge a lot more money for less and also reading more about the product, side affects and what can and cannot be taken with Berberine . Always come back to Mobu for quality, value and quick delivery. So far I have had no side affects that apparently can come from taking berberine.

When I researched turmeric, I looked for all the gradients necessary for the product to work as it was not easily digested into the bloodstream ingredients that were needed were black pepper and also ginger. The mobu product has everything required and at a very reasonable price compared with other manufacturers, also a lot of the other retailers did not have the Requisite ingredients
