The shipping was great. The material was great. However, there are no real instructions on how to apply the wraps. The blindfold is the only part i used so far, and it's not that well designed. So, i been pairing the blindfold with a wrist wrap to hold it in place. It's a pretty decent price on sale. It's great if you're just trying out Castor Oil, but im looking for better quality.
